As previously mentioned, I have a collection of short horror stories coming out soon and so, naturally, I want to advertise them. But I am not a marketing expert, nor do I have buckets of money to throw at advertising.
Naturally, I turned to Canva, a wonderful design tool that I have used many times in the past. However, this time Canva disappointed me. There are plenty of advertising templates for Facebook ads, but none of them seem geared towards selling books.
So I turned to Google and searched for "book advertising templates." Lo and behold, there is a website for that! Meet Book Brush, a design website similar to Canva in many ways but that is targeted wholly at authors.
I signed up for a free account and, within a matter of minutes, had two ads created (one for Facebook, one for BookBub) that I think look pretty good.
What do you think of these adverts? Have you used Book Brush in the past, and if not, do you think you'll give it a try? Let me know in the comments!
